- 1 ¾ cup Almond flour/meal
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ cup combined seeds (Sesame, poppy & caraway)
- ½ tsp sea salt
- dash garlic powder
- 1 Tablespoon melted butter
- 1 egg, well beaten
- Mix above ingredients into dough.
- Put dough ball onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Put another layer parchment paper on top and roll ball out until 1/8 thick.
- Remove top sheet and cut into 1-2 inch squares/rectangles with pizza cutter.
- Bake at 325 ° until crisp, usually about 20 min.
- As some outside ones get crisp, remove them from cookie sheet to cool on wire rack. Continue baking the others until all crisp.
- Cool and store in air tight container. They also freeze well.
