- 4 oz. 72% (or more) dark chocolate
- ½ ripe avocado
- 1 tsp. Coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp honey (optional)
- chopped roasted almonds, other favorite nuts or coconut shreds (optional)
- Melt dark chocolate in a microwave or over a double boiler (Be careful, it burns quickly!)
- Mash up avocado till smooth
- add 1 Tbsp. Honey &
- Add 1 Tbsp. soft melted coconut oil (not melted to a liquid form).
- Mix above ingredients together.
- Put by spoonfuls on parchment, waxed paper or sil-pat lined cookie sheet.
- Optional: add chopped roasted almonds, other favorite nuts or coconut shreds
- Chill for an hour (or freeze).
- Eat chilled or, better yet, at room temperature.
