- ½ frozen banana
- handful frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries)
- handful fresh spinach
- ¼ cup raw or toasted almonds
- ½ scoop whey protein powder
- ice chips
- ½ cup coconut or almond milk
- Mix ingredients together in a blender
