• ½ frozen banana
  • handful frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries)
  • handful fresh spinach
  • ¼ cup raw or toasted almonds
  • ½ scoop whey protein powder
  • ice chips
  • ½ cup coconut or almond milk
  1. Mix ingredients together in a blender
  2. pour into a glass and enjoy on a hot summer day!
